Upon reaching Ferienhaus Leuchtfeuer Villa, the light-tower aesthetic instantly captivated me. The upstairs apartment's rooftop terrace was a pleasant surprise, offering a serene retreat. The modern kitchen and expansive bathroom, including a sauna, added a touch of luxury to my stay.Convenience was key here, with nearby amenities like grocery stores and the south beach within easy reach. The clear communication with the owners and included bus passes eased my travel around the area.However, a minor inconvenience was the need to navigate stairs to access the ground floor patio, which faced a quiet street.While the value proposition was apparent with the well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, the absence of air conditioning might deter summer visitors seeking reprieve from the heat. The lack of on-site parking and the steep hill leading to the beach are factors worth considering when evaluating the overall cost versus luxury of this establishment.
